New7Wonder Of Nature - NEW7WONDER announced seven new wonders of the world. Komodo Island of Indonesia has won the competition, which automatically brings the Komodo Island became one of the wonders of nature that recognized by the world.
Based on the results on the new7wonders website (www.new7wonders.com), the image of Komodo Island, Indonesia was on the fifth of seven winners of the New 7 Wonders image. However, sequence of the winner is not based on the number of votes, but based on the alphabet. The number of votes is still in calculation progress by the committee.
These results are not final because it still need to be checked, validated, and verified by an independent team. The winners will be announced in early of 2012.
